Common Questions

What counts as a query?

Any question you submit through the LexPT interface counts as one query. Each query is processed independently and ephemerally.

Can I switch plans?

Yes. Upgrade or downgrade at any time. Changes take effect at the start of your next billing cycle.

Is there a long-term contract?

No. All plans are month-to-month. Cancel anytime with no penalties.

What payment methods do you accept?

Visa, Mastercard, and SEPA direct debit. All payments are processed securely through Stripe.

Do you store my legal queries?

Never. All queries are processed ephemerally. We log only metadata (timestamp, latency, error category), never the content of your research.
